The airline will use the new Airbus 332 on its daily direct flights.

U.S. Airways will resume, for the eighth consecutive year, its seasonal flight from Barcelona to its international hub in Philadelphia between March 25 and  October 27.

The company will operate a next generation Boeing 767 until April 16 with a daily capacity of 204 seats (18 in Envoy Class and 186 in economy), but from 17 until the end of the operation it will use the new Airbus 332 on its daily direct flights. The new aircraft has 20 seats in Envoy and 238 in economy, representing a capacity increase of 27% over the preceding aircraft.

In addition to this increase, there is a notable improvement in services involving the Envoy Suite, with a seat that becomes a fully horizontal bed, and everything you need to work, relax and sleep in a setting of absolute comfort and privacy, with direct access to the aisle and forward facing.

All economy class passengers have individual screens with hundreds of hours of entertainment and real-time, personalized films, music, concerts, documentaries, etc. with specific programming for both adults and children.

The flight leaves Barcelona at 10.45 am and arrives in Philadelphia at 1.40 pm, with the possibility of connecting with many domestic flights. The return flight takes place at 6.25 pm to land in Barcelona at 8.25 am the next day.
