The Barcelona Air Route Development Committee (BARDC) will give the welcome to the first flight of Korean Air which will link Barcelona and Seoul. This first flight will arrive today at 19:00h local time in the Barcelona el Prat Airport and will link both two cities with 3 weekly frequencies on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) released data for global air freight markets showing that demand, measured in freight tonne kilometers (FTKs), rose 6.9% in January 2017 compared to the year-earlier period.
