Turkish Airlines (TK) is celebrating its 40th anniversary of operating in Spain. 25 years operating the Barcelona - Istanbul route, at the Marriott Auditorium Hotel in Madrid. With this celebration, they reaffirm their commitment.
Turkish Airlines connects #Barcelona and #Istanbul with 25 weekly frequencies from Monday to Friday, representing 3-4 flights a day.

As a special guest, the well-known actress Melis Sezen, well known for the series 'Unfaithful', attended the event. In addition, a tourist and historical exhibition Göbeklitepe Zero Point in Time was held, showing the magic of the Turkish country.
In 2023, more than 680,000 passengers chose Turkish Airlines to fly between Spain and Istanbul. The airline expects to increase this figure over the coming months, as it will increase its flight capacity in Spain by more than 10% during 2024.
